PHOENIX (July 20, 1999) — You are invited to participate in a Videoconferencing Forum to share experiences and provide input. The forum is being held in response to a recommendation by the MAG Telecommunications Advisory Group (MAGTAG). During the coming year MAG will be implementing a region-wide videoconferencing system to link its member agencies. The discussion will help guide the Videoconferencing Project. The forum will be held on Monday August 9, 1999 from 2:00 - 4:30 p.m. at the following sites via videoconference:

How would you describe your organization, your videoconferencing system and its uses such as number of sites, location of sites, frequency of meetings, type of equipment, MCS (bridge) vs. non-bridge?

What decision-making process did you use to select the videoconferencing equipment, network and MCS?

What are your experiences with deployment, further implementation and ongoing usage of the videoconferencing system?

If you had it to do all over again, what would you do differently and why?
