Introduction
Northern Arizona Council of Governments is a nonprofit membership corporation representing local governments within the four Arizona counties of Apache, Coconino, Navajo, and Yavapai. As a regional planning agency, NACOG serves as a regional forum in northern Arizona that addresses issues in the areas of economic development, transportation, community development and water quality. NACOG also functions as a service delivery organization, administering regional programs that include social services, community services and Head Start.
